Small businesses who rely on in-person foot traffic were hit the hardest by COVID-19. According to a U.S. Chamber of Commerce report, 73% of small businesses are not aware of digital resources such as online payment processing, e-commerce websites and other digital tools that can help them reach new customers around the world.
